I am a disabled person who made the mistake of buying a dryer from here. I live 30 mins from his shop and had to have a friend pick up the dryer in the first place. I dried one load partially and my belt broke. I located a belt locally and asked if I got the belt had it out on would he just give me the money for the belt. I didn't ask for labor just the cost of the belt to sabe me the drive to Dallas. Not onkybwas the answer no it was never. I could bring him the dryer or come get a belt he doesn't care very much about customer service at all. So my 50 dollar dryer that I was happy about now is an70 dryer unless we have to hire someone to put the belt on then it will be more. Bought the 50 dryer because I am on a fixed income now no dinner!!!!!
