  Always busy and always a wait. . Have not had the meds rx'd many times but fail to call and let you know it will not be there for pickup. Rude staff. Just awful. Sadly...it is the only CVS in Dallas....so they don't have to give better service.

  Pharmacy is always so busy whether you go inside or go through drive-thru. Their staff are so rude as well. I called and I was on hold for 15 minutes and the entire conversation probably lasted for a minute and a half. The pharmacist I was talking to was in such a rush to get me off the phone that he was talking so fast, I could not even understand what he was saying. It’s convenient that they’re open 24 hours but they need to hire more pharmacist because they’re so busy all the time and doesn’t have enough staff.
